This was my first visit to the HITEC Star Hall in “inconvenient” Kowloon Bay. Although my first impressions of the venue were not favourable, the sound was pretty good (better than at Asia World Expo), and I would go back there.
The atmosphere (what there was) was lost on the balcony - the audiences' part of A Design For Life was inaudible. The recording is pretty good, and the sound settles down after Autumnsong, after I moved to neutralise the chatty Chinese girls next to me...one had brought a tambourine!
Manics' first visit to HK...I wonder if they'll return.

詩格洛絲這隊凡間最害羞與不被理解的音樂組合遊歷過世界以後，在2006年終於回到家鄉，為冰島的夏日配上天堂的樂聲，任行行音符浮動於綠野叢林、漆黑洞穴、空置的魚市埸、甚至是傳說中被神秘靈馬踏躍過的 Sleipnir 峽谷中
一年裡，四位天使漫遊島內十五個角落，一系列大大小小的演唱會由全冰島班底拍攝及記錄在Heima（意指：故鄉）當中。電影猶如詩格洛絲的第五張唱片，展示的是樂隊對家鄉的愛，記載的是他們過去四張大碟精選的現場演繹
